Joseph founded Silver Wave Services after personally navigating the challenges of finding care for a family member. That experience shaped his care-first approach — combining hands-on coordination experience with genuine compassion to help families organize care, living situations, and household responsibilities with confidence.
BeaAnne Lynch
Senior Placement Consultant
BeaAnne brings decades of nursing experience to every family she supports, including work in adult and geriatric care settings. Having helped place her own family member, she understands firsthand how overwhelming the search can be, and works closely with families to find a living situation suited to their needs, preferences, and budget.
Johnny Vitek
Head of Care Management Services
Johnny joined Silver Wave to support families with ongoing care coordination after a placement or transition is complete. He brings years of experience coordinating care for private families and consulting with professional fiduciaries, and focuses on helping older adults move through changes with steady, organized support.
